HR Flexible Foams:

  • MDI-Based: Water-blown, 100% MDI systems to meet all workplace specifications and requirements. Available in a wide range of hardnesses and resiliencies.
  • TDI-Based: Unique water-blown TDI systems for those who prefer this technology. Available in both TDI and combination forms.
  • Low-Density System: Open cell flexible foam employing environmentally acceptable blowing agents based on a polymeric MDI. Characterized by high resilience, low fatigue loss, and good cushioning quality.

Cal 117-Compliant: Seating foams that pass Cal 117 without added flame retardants.

Renewable Resource-Based System Our systems use some raw materials derived from renewable resources to reduce our impact on the environment.

Sprayable Elastomers (In-Mold Coatings) Two-component, 100% solids, fast-set aromatic urethane elastomer exhibiting excellent flexibility and weather stability.
