BayOne has a wide breadth of expertise in elastomers that has yielded a range of formulations for a variety of applications. Uses for our products range from moldable gel materials for medical applications, to pourable systems for the construction of gymnasium floors, to rigid impact-resistant systems for automotive fascia.

An area of expertise within our elastomer portfolio is the incorporation of fillers. We have decades of experience of incorporating various types of fillers in our elastomer formulations for improved economics and performance properties. Providing a filled elastomer system that is user-friendly and processes consistently batch after batch is no easy feat. These products are formulated to minimize settling characteristics, and are manufactured in specialized equipment to provide consistent quality. Batch sizes range from 1 drum to 60 drums.
